Preparation:

At DLS, we know that thorough preparation is essential to the quality of the final product. We start by clearing the floor surface of grease and contaminants. Next, we use the best preparation equipment to make sure the job is done right. Our shotblast machines, diamond grinders, scarifying equipment and high-powered hepa-filtered vacuums allow us to prepare a surface to the exact specifications needed for each type of flooring surface.

Testing:

Our testing process sets us apart in our ability to deliver a high quality product. Our moisture testing is extensive, covering multiple aspects of the installation process: preparation for testing, random moisture tests, application tests and recording. Another example of our tireless effort to provide a quality product is our use of comprehensive ESD testing on all dissipative and conductive flooring installations. We carefully verify and document proper ESD readings before you resume operation.


Appearance:

Whether it’s a decorative or industrial installation, our quality assurance team is responsible for making sure that our work meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations. Periodic walk-throughs and a final Project Appearance Inspection help us deliver the quality that our clients have come to expect.

Follow-up:

At the end of your installation, our quality department will schedule follow-up visits to inspect the integrity, appearance and maintenance of your new DLS product within three to six months of resumption of operation. This allows us to provide you with long-term quality assurance while at the same time maintaining a valuable working relationship with you.
